H2O RACING AND INJOURNEY FORCED TO MOVE GRAND PRIX OF INDONESIA TO THE START OF MARCH
F1H2O

Saturday, February 3:  The forthcoming political election process in the Republic of Indonesia has forced H2O Racing and it's promoter, InJourney, to move the Grand Prix of Indonesia forward a week to March 1-3.

The opening round of the 2024 UIM F1H2O World Championship had been scheduled for February 23-25. However, the election of the President of Indonesia will see stunning Lake Toba hosting the on-water action a week later than planned.

Lake Toba is located in Toba Caldera as one of 20 geoparks in Indonesia and was recognised in 2020 as one of the UNESCO Global Geoparks. Last year’s event was a spectacular success with an estimated 100,000 people attending qualifying and the main race on the southern shores of the world’s largest volcanic lake in Balige.
